How long is a monthly car rental?
A monthly car rental typically covers a rental period of 30 days. However, we also offer flexibility if you need the vehicle for a longer or shorter duration.
Can I extend my monthly rental if needed?
Yes, we understand that plans can change. If you need to extend your monthly rental, simply reach out to our customer support team, and we will assist you in extending your rental period based on availability.
Are there any mileage restrictions for monthly rentals?
We offer generous mileage allowances for our monthly rentals. However, specific mileage restrictions may vary based on the rental agreement. Please consult with our team to discuss your mileage needs and any associated charges.
What documents do I need to rent a car on a monthly basis?
You will need your id, a valid driver's license, and a direct payment order from your bank account.
Can I add an additional driver to my monthly rental?
Yes, you can add an additional driver to your monthly rental. Additional driver fees and requirements may apply. Please contact our team for further details.
Is insurance included in the monthly rental rate?
Our monthly rental rates include CDW-collision damage waiver & THP-theft protection coverage with a deductible amount.
Can I choose a specific vehicle for my monthly rental?
While we cannot guarantee a specific make or model, we offer a wide selection of vehicles in various categories. You can choose a vehicle based on your preferred category, such as compact, sedan, SUV, or minivan, and we will provide you with the best available option within that category.
Can I return the vehicle before the end of the monthly rental period?
There is no refund for the first 30 days. In case of extension above 30 days customer could return the car earlier and in case he had already pre-paid the 2nd month, he will be charged at the end according the days he kept the car and not fully month.
Are there any cancellation fees for monthly rentals?
No as long as you give as a 2 weeks-notice.
Can I travel across state or country borders with a monthly rental?
Rental cars cannot travel across country borders.
What happens if I receive a traffic ticket or violation during the rental period?
If you receive a traffic ticket or violation while driving the rental car, you are responsible for covering it. You should inform Auto365 and provide the related ticket. The value of the fines or penalties will be charged in your account.
